Augusta Area Home Inspections is fully insured and offers buyer and sellers residential home inspection services. Chris, our inspector, has an extensive history in the commercial and residential building industry and is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors; and, through them is a Certified Professional Inspector. While we are located in the Winthrop, ME and focus our services in the Kennebec Valley region, we are available for home inspections throughout the State of Maine. Additionally, we know that inspections often times need to happen before or after normal business hours; therefore, we are available for early morning, evening and weekend inspections.
